Cognito Forms encrypted entry data is enabled. Submit merchant statements only through the statement-review form, and never share processor passwords.

Encryption is enabled for the information and files submitted through the statement-review form.
Separate authorization
Submitting a statement begins the review only. SPA does not contact your processor without separate written authorization.
Never submit: cardholder data, transaction exports, portal credentials, CVV, PIN, or full card numbers.
