Merchant processing statements can contain sensitive business information. SPA uses a dedicated Cognito Forms submission portal instead of asking merchants to email statements.
Submit statements through the Cognito Forms portal, which uses HTTPS and encrypts stored submissions at rest. Redact unnecessary bank details, and never share cardholder data or processor passwords.

Separate authorization
Submitting a statement begins the review only. SPA does not contact your processor without separate written authorization.
Never submit: cardholder data, transaction exports, portal credentials, CVV, PIN, or full card numbers.
