What we collect
The statement-review form may collect your business name, contact information, preferred response method, processor information, processing-volume range, uploaded statements, and the acknowledgments you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to analyze your processing costs, communicate the findings, and discuss possible next steps. Sica Payment Advisors will not contact or negotiate with your processor without separate written authorization.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are processed and stored through Cognito Forms. Access is limited to people who need the information to perform your review or an additional service you authorize. Uploaded statements are not attached to routine email notifications.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the requested review, an authorized service, business records, and applicable obligations. Statements are deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed. You may request deletion by contacting steve@sicapaymentadvisors.com.
Do not submit cardholder data
Do not upload transaction exports, processor credentials, CVV, PIN, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information that is not necessary for a processing-cost review.
